how it all started
Moving to Roseville from the bay area fifteen years ago was an easy choice. After looking all across the country for a place to call home, we chose Roseville - a neighborhood to raise our kids with good schools and down to earth, friendly people, and we couldn’t be happier.
Juli Hilton
Juli Hilton is not a restauranteur by trade, but had a vision for what the west Roseville community needed. Living here since 2005, she’s always talked about a great place to eat and drink while sitting on a large patio taking in the sunshine, playing games and enjoying friends and family. A place where customer service is second nature and staff knows peoples names and their usual order. A neighborhood place to call their own, on the West Side.
Juli’s motto over the last 3 years has been just like the movie Field of Dreams… “if you build it, they will come”.

The idea of kitchen747 was born after Juli and her family moved to Roseville in 2005. Spending the majority of her time working in the golf and real estate industries, Juli began focusing on a restaurant concept for West Roseville in 2017. She has her certificate in Food and Beverage Management and Restaurant Revenue Management from Cornell University and has been working on the business side of operations since finding her perfect location in Westpark. Juli looks forward to connecting the community through kitchen747.

David has worked professionally in this industry for 8 years. His passion for cooking began with his grandma and mom. At the young age of 14 years old, they taught David all of their family recipes and skills. He later advanced those skills working in a commercial kitchen. He looks forward to sharing those recipes with you.

Zay received his Master’s degree in Business & Management while playing college football & basketball in Wisconsin, and has worked in the industry since. His family has lived in the community since the late 2000s, and he embraces representing a community in which he's invested. His passion lies in the relationships formed between his team and our guests, and he looks forward to creating a space at kitchen747 where everyone can feel the comfort of their own home.

Amanda has a degree in Communications Marketing and a background in freelance branding and graphic design, specializing in invitations and announcements. She brings her creativity and detail oriented skills to kitchen747, where she enjoys helping create thoughtful experiences. Amanda is married, has two grown children, two children in high school, and two mini golden doodles. She looks forward to contributing to meaningful projects and continuing to grow alongside the kitchen747 team.

Michael has worked in the restaurant industry for over 13 years and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. He started at kitchen747 as a server and has since grown into his current role as Operations Manager. Known for his positive attitude and team-first mindset, Michael strives to bring energy and a smile to those around him every day. Originally from Eureka, California, he moved to the area five years ago and now lives in Rocklin with his wife and son.

Michelle began working at a young age and has steadily worked her way toward leadership and management roles. Inspired by watching her parents build and operate their own cleaning business, she developed a strong interest in management and business operations. She is passionate about continuous growth, learning, and professional development. Through her experience at Kitchen 747, Michelle hopes to expand her knowledge, strengthen her leadership skills, and build meaningful relationships with both colleagues and customers.
