The idea of kitchen747 was born after Juli and her family moved to Roseville in 2005. Spending the majority of her time working in the golf and real estate industries, Juli began focusing on a restaurant concept for West Roseville in 2017. She has her certificate in Food and Beverage Management and Restaurant Revenue Management from Cornell University and has been working on the business side of operations since finding her perfect location in Westpark. Juli looks forward to connecting the community through kitchen747.

Raquel, a Bay Area native, moved to Roseville to pursue her education at Sacramento State. She began as a hostess and moved her way up as restaurant Supervisor at a residential golf club. She has now worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years. She believes that working together as a team is the key to success. She is excited to meet the community of kitchen747!

David has worked professionally in this industry for 8 years. His passion for cooking began with his grandma and mom. At the young age of 14 years old, they taught David all of their family recipes and skills. He later advanced those skills working in a commercial kitchen. He looks forward to sharing those recipes with you.
